What we do and what we do not do
Service scope, fee structure and division of responsibility are set out clause by clause in the service agreement. Medical judgments are made by licensed physicians at partner hospitals.
We are responsible for
- Assessment coordination: organizing and translating records and liaising with the relevant hospital departments
- Hospital and department liaison, booking and itinerary planning
- Cost statements: inclusions, exclusions and validity in writing
- Accompaniment and interpretation: airport pickup, registration, examinations, report collection
We do not
- We do not give diagnosis or treatment advice; medical judgments are made by licensed physicians at partner hospitals
- We do not promise treatment outcomes
- We do not handle medical fees; the patient pays the hospital directly
- We do not use unsupported claims such as “internationally accredited” or “officially designated”

Assessments are issued by the relevant department at a partner hospital, with grounds and limitations. Your records are used only for this medical service assessment.
