01Scope of service
We provide medical record preparation and translation, hospital and department liaison, cost explanation, visa document support, and airport pickup, accompaniment and interpretation. The exact scope is as stated in the signed service agreement.
02Limits of responsibility
Medical care is delivered by partner hospitals and licensed physicians. We provide services, coordination and accompaniment; we do not give diagnosis or treatment advice, promise treatment outcomes or handle medical fees.
03Fees and payment
Medical fees are charged by the hospital and paid by the patient directly to the hospital; our service fee is set by scope and duration and paid after a written quotation is issued. Costs outside the quotation are confirmed item by item before they occur and never collected in advance. See Payment, Refunds & Invoices.
04Cancellation and refunds

05Your obligations
