01How do I choose the examination items?
Our medical advisor and the hospital department suggest a package based on age, sex, family history and risk factors, and we book it once you confirm.
02What should I prepare before the check-up?
Fasting, medication and similar requirements follow the hospital's appointment notice; we pass them on item by item when confirming your itinerary.
03When will I receive the report?
Report timing follows the hospital [TBC]. Arrangements for the Chinese and English reports and the briefing are explained at booking.
04What if the check-up finds a problem?
A hospital physician will advise. If further tests or treatment are needed, you can move to a second opinion or outpatient care; costs and arrangements are listed separately in a written quotation.
05Can family members have a check-up too?
Yes. Each family member's items and costs are listed separately; please enter the number of companions in the booking form.
