Costs
Source:[TBC]
01How much will it cost in total?
Medical fees are charged by the hospital for the treatment actually provided; our service fee is listed separately by scope. We give a written quotation stating inclusions, exclusions and validity; final amounts follow the hospital's latest quotation.
02Will the price go up along the way?
Costs outside the written quotation are confirmed item by item before they occur and never collected in advance. If the treatment plan changes and medical fees change with it, the hospital’s actual charge applies and we tell you promptly.
03Who are medical fees paid to?
The patient pays the hospital directly; we do not handle them.
Visa
Source:[TBC]
01Who issues the invitation letter? Can approval be guaranteed?
The receiving hospital issues the invitation letter and we help coordinate and organize the documents. Approval is decided by the embassy or consulate under official rules; we make no promises.
02Can family members accompany me?
You can apply for them. Number of companions and visa arrangements [TBC].
03How long does the visa take?
It depends on official and hospital scheduling [TBC].

01Should I get a diagnosis locally first, or come straight to China?
We suggest starting with a remote assessment or a short diagnostic visit. Once you have a direction and a cost range, decide whether to go further with treatment — this avoids unnecessary trips and stays.
02What records do I need to provide?
Past medical records and discharge summaries, original imaging or reports, pathology reports, recent lab results, your medication list and allergy history. Incomplete records are fine — we will list what is missing.
03Who issues the assessment?
The relevant department at a partner hospital, stating its grounds and limitations. We organize, translate and coordinate.
04Will someone accompany me throughout?
From airport pickup through visits and examinations to collecting reports, accompaniment and interpretation are arranged. Names and shifts are listed item by item in the itinerary confirmation and confirmed before you arrive.
Language

01What if I do not speak Chinese?
Airport pickup, registration, examinations and report collection are all accompanied, with Chinese and English interpretation; other languages [TBC].
02Do I need to translate my records myself?
No. We organize and translate records and imaging reports, and reports issued by the hospital are translated as well.
Insurance
Source:[TBC]
01Can insurance pay the hospital directly?
This is shown only after a cooperating insurer confirms it in writing [TBC].
02Will my insurance reimburse me?
It depends on your policy, so please check with your insurer first. We can provide cost statements, receipts and translations.
Safety & privacy

01Who can see my medical records?
Only authorized assessment and service staff, and the partner hospital staff needed to issue an opinion. Viewing and downloads are logged, and you may ask us at any time to show or delete your records.

03How do I ask for my records to be deleted?
Send a deletion request to our contact email. We handle it through a defined process and keep only the record of having processed it.
04Will my records leave the country?
