How costs are made up

No vague package pricing. Medical fees are charged by the hospital; our service fee is listed separately at an agreed rate and confirmed item by item before it is incurred.

Who you pay is always clear

Paid to the hospital

Registration, examinations, outpatient care, hospitalization, surgery, medication and other medical fees, charged at the hospital's rates and paid by the patient directly to the hospital.

We do not handle it

Paid to us

Record preparation and translation, hospital and department liaison, quotation coordination, accompaniment, itinerary arrangement. Set by scope and duration.

Paid after a written quotation is issued

As actually incurred

International flights, hotel or serviced apartment, local transfers, plus visa documents, notarized translations, insurance and similar.

Confirmed item by item before they occur; never collected in advance
