Medical assessment
We organize and translate the records, confirm the scope of assessment with the relevant department, and give a preliminary direction and any further tests needed.

Hospital matching & quotation
We recommend a hospital and department with reasons, and issue a written cost range with inclusions, exclusions and validity period.

Invitation letter & visa

Before, during and after your visit
Before your visit
Submit records, medical assessment, hospital matching and quotation, invitation letter and visa. Most of this can be done online; you do not need to come to China first.
Stages 1–4During your visit
Airport pickup, check-in, accompaniment and interpretation at visits, and report delivery. Names and shifts are listed item by item in the itinerary confirmation and confirmed before you arrive.
Stage 5After your visit
After you return home, follow-up and record handover are arranged as planned.
Stage 5When you pay what
Medical fees and our service fee are separate and paid to different parties.
- Written quotation
- Nothing is charged before you confirm. The quotation states inclusions, exclusions and validity
- Service agreement
- After you accept the quotation you sign a service agreement that sets out scope, fee structure and responsibilities clause by clause
- Service fee
- Set by scope and duration and paid after a written quotation is issued; deposit percentage and timing [TBC]
- Medical fees
- Paid by the patient directly to the hospital at the visit; we do not handle it
- Accommodation & transport
- We can book for you or you can arrange them yourself; settled as actually incurred
