What is and is not included
Medical care is delivered by licensed physicians at partner hospitals; we provide assessment coordination, interpretation and accompaniment, and itinerary planning.

- If you travel: hospital and department matching, invitation letter liaison, airport pickup and interpretation

01Can I submit before my records are complete?
Yes. Incomplete records are fine; we will list what is missing and our medical advisor will tell you what to add.
02Who issues the written opinion?
The relevant department at a partner hospital, stating its grounds and limitations. We organize, translate and coordinate, and do not issue medical conclusions ourselves.
03Do I have to travel to China after the assessment?
Not necessarily. We suggest starting with a remote assessment or a short diagnostic visit. Once you have a direction and a cost range, decide whether to go further — this avoids unnecessary trips and stays.
04How long does the assessment take?
About 5–10 working days, depending on hospital scheduling and how complete your records are.
05Is the assessment charged separately?
Our service fee is listed separately by scope. Whether a consultation is charged, and the amount, is stated in the written quotation [TBC].

Cases are shown only with written consent and with identifying details removed.
