How costs are made up
No vague package pricing. Medical fees are charged by the hospital; our service fee is listed separately at an agreed rate and confirmed item by item before it is incurred.
All amounts are subject to the hospital's latest quotation and official information. We do not promise a total cost, and we do not charge anything that is not listed in the written quotation. Anything concerning visas and policy follows the latest official rules.

01Should I get a diagnosis locally first, or come straight to China?
We suggest starting with a remote assessment or a short diagnostic visit. Once you have a direction and a cost range, decide whether to go further with treatment — this avoids unnecessary trips and stays.
02What records do I need to provide?
Past medical records and discharge summaries, original imaging or reports, pathology reports, recent lab results, your medication list and allergy history. Incomplete records are fine — we will list what is missing.
03Who issues the invitation letter? Can approval be guaranteed?
The receiving hospital issues the invitation letter and we help coordinate and organize the documents. Approval is decided by the embassy or consulate under official rules; we make no promises.
04How much will it cost in total?
Medical fees are charged by the hospital for the treatment actually provided; our service fee is listed separately by scope. We give a written quotation stating inclusions, exclusions and validity; final amounts follow the hospital’s latest quotation.
05Will someone accompany me throughout?
From airport pickup through visits and examinations to collecting reports, accompaniment and interpretation are arranged. Names and shifts are listed item by item in the itinerary confirmation and confirmed before you arrive.
