01What needs authorization
Information and images of hospitals, doctors, equipment and facilities, and patients’ cases and reviews, are made public only with written authorization.
02Scope and term
The authorization document states the scope and term of use; before it ends we ask for renewal or take the content down. Scope and term [TBC].
03De-identifying cases
Identifying details are removed before a case is published, and the person gives written consent. Case-use authorization is off by default and is switched on only once the signed document is received.
04Authenticity of reviews
Reviews must carry a real name (or an agreed pseudonym) matching the country, date and signed authorization, and are never rewritten anonymously. Reviews that cannot be verified are not published.
05Withdrawal
You may withdraw authorization at any time; we take the content down within the handling time [TBC]. Email contact@tbc.
